Cancellation policy
- If the cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, you will be refunded 90% of your deposit. If there is any management expense for the refund it will be deducted from the 90% to be refunded.
- If the cancellation is between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If there is any management expense for the refund it will be deducted from the 50% to be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made in the last 15 days before arrival, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- The campsite, in addition to the three options mentioned above as cancellation policy, also has the option and exception, as a courtesy for its high loyalty, an exception in the cancellation policy with its clients, the possibility of giving the client who cancels a reservation or modifies a date reservation (since we consider that a date modification is a cancellation and a new reservation request), a voucher (monetary bag) with the totality of the money given as a deposit in the confirmation of the reservation that has been cancelled:

However, please note that if you request to use the voucher for a booking as a deposit for the confirmation of a booking instead of sending the corresponding money for the booking, in case you subsequently cancel the booking after having used a voucher as a deposit, this voucher cannot be used again, regardless of the cancellation for whatever reason or severity. The voucher can only be used once, either as a booking confirmation or as payment for a stay,
Therefore, we advise you not to use the voucher for a booking confirmation, because the modification or cancellation of a booking with a voucher cannot be used again as a deposit, since, having used it once as a deposit, you would lose it definitively, nor can the voucher be sent to you after its cancellation since it has already been used. If you request to change the date of a booking and the booking you cancel has a voucher as a booking confirmation, you automatically lose the voucher as it is considered by the campsite as a cancellation of the booking and a request for a new date. Therefore, we insist that the voucher is best left for direct payment at the reception and not as a booking confirmation because of the possibility of loss due to cancellation or modification of the booking date.
The management of the campsite may terminate this promotion for extraordinary reasons, so we advise you to use the voucher as soon as possible.

We do not carry out booking modifications, but rather booking cancellations and new booking requests, taking into account the cancellation policy explained so far. - Once the guest enters a bungalow the guest should know that the Campsite management has no obligation and the guests have no right to total or partial refund for what they have already paid for their stay.
